Based in California, Lauren Jackson has been modeling since 2004. Originally from Nevada City, CA Lauren began her modeling career in Los Angeles, where she was represented by Elite Model Management. Known for her height at six feet tall, she did mostly runway shows in these early years as well as many magazine editorials. Lauren moved to San Diego in 2009 where modeling took on a different path, a more commercial path. Lauren quickly became the face of Bodywear Boutique, Water Glamor Swimwear, Acai Roots and Alii Lifestyle. One highlight during this time was the opportunity to work for famous florist Rene Van Rems, modeling his exquisite floral designs in one of his books “Rene’s Bouquets for Brides”.
Lauren later took some time off while she was expecting her daughter Kynley, who is now five years old and embarking on modeling herself. In 2016 Lauren signed with San Model Management. During this time, she had the opportunity to get back into runway, walking for La Perla Lingerie and Emilio Pucci. In 2018 Lauren was hired by Viejas Casino to shoot a few TV commercials for their newly renovated casino and monthly giveaways. She indeed found considerable enjoyment shooting commercials and video which was a part of modeling she seldomly did. Then came what might have been the pinnacle juncture of her career. Viejas decided to use Lauren in all their Southern California billboards. “What a surreal experience driving on the freeway and seeing your face on these huge billboards. A highlight in my life,” Lauren says. Recently, she has been modeling for companies such as Tirrinia Products, Island World Swimwear and House of Allure. Included in her recent work is this featured shoot with Nolan Dean and his gorgeous designs. “I have enjoyed working for so many different designers, brands and products but there’s something just so magical when you get wear beautiful, elegant clothing designs that have been turned into art,” she says. Lauren continues to find excitement in modeling and looks forward to where this career will take her.
