Ana Espinola is an athlete and fitness model.
She was born in Asuncion, Paraguay on February 16, 1997, Acuariana, at the age of 16 she started with brand activations, but only at 19 did she get deeper into modeling.
She considers herself a very calm person, who loves to travel, eat and, above all, spend time with her family, misses the country a lot, and is very attached to her family.
Our readers would love to get to know you a bit better. Can you share with us the backstory of how you came upon this career path and to where you are today?
I am an athlete, playmate, fashion model and entrepreneur, from the city of Asuncion, Paraguay, with years of experience in various industries .
10x times playmate, 5x times FHM, HArper bazaar and 5X times Miss Bikini fitness IFBB I have decided to be number #Miss bikini fitness worldwide so I’ll decide to compete in Muscle Fitness Dubai in December, In financial features being in Yahoo Finances was something that change some perspective of the people have about playmates , been rated top influencer and entrepreneur to follow in 2021. Besides that I am a shareholder of one of the biggest bank in paraguay, receiving revenues and investing again
What were you interested in during school before your modeling dreams took hold?
Been doctor . My whole family is involved in medicine. My frustrated career will always be that one. I am a giver so I really like to help people
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story about that?
Dana Hamm , she’s a nature and fitness model. We got to know each other tru social media and traveled together. During that trip she always encouraged me I can do way more with my image , and telling me her story. We became good friends. I really love her.
Did you ever have anyone try to dissuade you from entering modeling? Did those close to you want to support you but not sure how?
I suffer bullying when I was young , sometimes too skinny, sometimes too chubby. Everyone makes fun of me when I say “maybe I can be a model” .
My dad always saw modeling as a job. And he always tells me, study, work. You will get all what you want . Just don’t miss focus .
So even a lot of people tells to him maybe he’s embarrassed your daughter posed for playboy, he laugh and tells me all the time how proud is for me.
Was there a particular model you admired more so than another? Why?
In fitness Michelle Lewin, she’s the queen. In financial aspect Kylie Jenner to be able to do a empire been so young .
How important is self-promotion in your profession?
I thinks there’s a lot of influencers and models in social media, so promote our image and portfolio is always good so people get to know you and expand your network
As an influencer, you have been blessed with great success in a career path that many have attempted, but eventually gave up on. In fact perhaps most people who tried to follow a career path like yours did not succeed. Do you have any words of advice for others who may want to embark on this career path but know that their dreams might be dashed?
I think we always have to try our best to conquer what we want . Nothing comes easy. So step by step . You will reach your goal
Would you like to see more women working behind-the-scenes in the modeling industry?
Yes there’s a lot of talented stylish, photographers , make up artists becoming more and more famous . I think is good appreciating others job
Can you share with our readers some of your strategies you’ve used to build an engaged, loyal, and large online community?
I always try to reply comments , sometimes I put stickers so fans can ask me a question, so they can get to know me in a different level . Twitter is a good platform as well to connect with everyone. As is a old platform that some users don’t wanna switch to Instagram
You are a busy person with a demanding schedule, can you share with our readers two self care routines, practices or treatments that help your body thrive?
Fitness – cardio 5 times per week
And self care skin face. I always try to sleep good, swimming is a really good activity as well !
Can you share with us two routines that you use to help your mind or heart to thrive?
Affirmation words on YouTube or Spotify . Before I sleep , before I wake up.
I am healthy I am happy I live in abundance.
Just programming your brain and body that you will have amazing sleep. And amazing day as well
What was your most humorous moment during a photoshoot?
I guess when some people ask you different characters . This specifically lingerie line want me blond for the session (I didn’t wanna bleach my hair so my friend ) suggested a wig .
Moving here and moving there the wig fall down in the photographers face hahaha
Do people want to be your friend because you’re a cover model and how do you feel someone is genuine with you?
Been honest I don’t have a lot of friends , and I have a chill personality , so maybe I get to know a lot of people but to share my thoughts and emotions . Is something really rare .
Plus I never introduce myself as a model, always like a fitness trainer . I want people appreciate me of who I am , not for the magazines I did or social media I have
What are your thoughts on there being more diversity and inclusiveness in the modeling industry today?
There’s model for every type market, suicide girls (tattoo girls ) , XL girls , fitness girls , fashion models .
I think is good give everyone the opportunity to do what they want and show the world we are imperfect .
I remember I did a casting for a magazine and they told me I am not tall enough, they accept girls 1,75 cms in advance and really skinny. But as I have a cute face if I get really skinny , I can be part in .
During that month I starve my self to lose weight . But destiny is so weird . End of that month that magazine closes.
What does your future look like?
I just wanna travel the world take pictures and enjoy with my family and puppy.
I am looking for freedom and happiness
You previously mentioned that you will take a new step in your life, more oriented to the world of crypto business, could you tell us a little more about this plan?
Yes , I am getting into trading actually just signed the contract with Skills Art UAE, crypto and NFT is a project coming soon. But I am happy with trading and have opportunity to learn how the market works . So is sounds complicated but I think is never late to learn new things that can be profitable for the future
