Adidas Golf has signed Linn Grant as a brand ambassador, so we’ll see her wearing all the adidas accessories on the course, including hats, apparel and footwear.
As the granddaughter of a Scottish golf professional and the daughter of a seven-time Swedish Senior Tour winner, Linn Grant has been surrounded by golf since she was a little girl. From what emerged in a spectacular career as an amateur with many accolades, as he represented his country in 2016 and 2017 in the European Championship for Women’s Teams, where his team obtained second and first place respectively.
As an amateur, Grant had a remarkable season in 2017 earning victories at the Scottish Ladies Open and the British Amateur Stroke Play Open at North Berwick Golf Club, the same site where her grandfather won the Scottish Boys Championship aged 49. before. She was also named to the record-setting Sweden women’s team that won the European Women’s Team Championship three years in a row from 2018 to 2020.
Before turning professional, Grant played as part of the women’s golf team at adidas-sponsored Arizona State University where she won four individual titles between the 2020 and 2021 seasons.
After turning professional in August 2021, Grant had two successive second place finishes on the Ladies European Tour, before claiming her first victory in October at the Terre Blanche Ladies Open in France on the Ladies European Tour Access Series. She also earned her LPGA Tour card in December of last year through the tour’s Q-series program.
