My name is Jessica Youngs I am a 45 year old wife and Mother of 2 from Toronto, Canada. I have worked as a professional in the Fitness industry as a Personal Trainer for over 23 years. I am also a Fitness competitor and did my first competition at the age of 40 and have competed in 9 competitions over the last 5 years and earned my Pro status for competing with the IDFA in both Bikini and Fitness. After my first competition at 40 I decided to do my first photoshoot and was absolutely shocked when I landed my first magazine cover. I never imaged that at 40 years of age that I would be on the cover of a magazine and over the past 5 years I have had the opportunity to do over 32 photo shoots with some incredible photographers and have had the opportunity to be published in various Fitness and Fashion magazines something I would have never thought possible at my age. Living a healthy and active lifestyle has always been my passion and I love helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and that fitness can be achieved at any age.
