  1. What do you do for a career associated with Health and Beauty?

I am a physician, a full time anesthesiologist in New York City, I am also a Ph.D in nutritional science. Throughout my life I specialize in Anesthesia care, pain management, and critical care medicine and have the necessary knowledge to understand and treat the entire human body. The whole knowledge of medicine and nutrition enhanced me to develop a passion for health, beauty and wellness. Seeing and treating patients daily I realized it is far more important to improve patient well-being through prevention. Our health and beauty are the most important parts of our lives. Anti aging, being healthy and beautiful are the top tasks in the modern age of our society in 2022. As a physician to provide counseling for unhealthy habits such as the poor choices of nutrition, insufficient sleep, overly sun exposure, smoking, drinking alcohol and stress.

  1. What was the process for you to find what you wanted to do and how do you stay healthy and beautiful with such a busy schedule?

I’m a big fan of staying healthy and beautiful. I enjoy practicing my knowledge on my own. I truly believe the physician should set up a good example for people to follow. It is more convincing that we are healthy and beautiful when we give people’s advice. I find time to incorporate a few healthy habits into my daily routine. No matter how busy I am, I can always squeeze time and take care of myself.

  1. What is the most rewarding part of your career?

My career is being a doctor, one of the most rewarding aspects of being a physician is making a deep impactful difference in someone else’s life. I have the ability to significantly improve the quality of life of my patients, and this can be a tremendously satisfying experience.

4.What do you want your audience to know about your beauty tips?

Beauty is everything beyond not just skin deep. looking beautiful and vibrant we truly have to work from the inside to the outside. I would use the most important words to describe my beauty tips which are getting enough oxygen, water and using the skin care products which actually work . Oxygen, that means eating a balanced diet containing a lot of antioxidants, fresh vegetables, fruits and whole grains, seafood and poultry ensures your body is getting the right nutrients. These foods contain flavonoids, tocopherols, tocotrienols , carotenoids, and vitamins A,E,C,D that keep your skin healthy and glowing. Sleep properly allows the body to work on healing itself. definitely make your physical activity a priority, I personally love dancing, I always squeeze my time dancing weekly. Do find one exercise which you love and enjoy so you can keep doing it. The most important thing is consistency. Keep yourself hydrated , drinking enough water so the body can utilize water to promote overall health. My tips on skin care are the products containing Vitamin C, retinol and growth hormone and a good moisturizer at night, daily wearing sunscreen and a hat.

5.What is your greatest success so far to stay healthy and beautiful?

My greatest success is that I look not only very youthful but also full of energy. After practicing the tips and rules all my life which I am sharing with you, I am proudly to say it works, I am the living proof.

  1. You are a medical doctor, PhD researcher and an executive producer in Hollywood. What are some of the challenges you faced along the way for a healthy lifestyle?

As a busy successful professional woman , to find a schedule that best suits my needs is the most challenging, especially as an anesthesiologist I frequently work in the early morning, inadequate sleep time and work related stress are the most challenges in my life as far as health and beauty concern. But I still try to follow the rules of health and beauty, being consistent with my daily routine such as exercise, eating healthy ,drinking plenty of water and following my skin care regimen .

  1. What does it take to be successful at what you do?

Having grit, passion and goals and perseverance. I think the willingness to fail in order to eventually succeed is a very important aspect of my life. I am willing to learn from each failure, I don’t give up after failing. I set real goals that I can accomplish. Each day I wake up I pursue . I am more focused on building a sustainable career through my real hard work.

  1. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

I am always learning , every day is a new chapter of my life . I love to create and come up with new ideas . Right now I am passionate about creating an anti-aging facility and starting my anti-aging skin care line in New York. I can see myself standing on the front line of anti-aging medicine and providing my best knowledge for patients in the next 5 years .

  1. What is some advice you would give to a younger you about healthy habits?

With age comes wisdom, Having a purpose in life, passionate with your dreams and stay focused. Taking care of yourself starting from an early age will help you succeed and create much more happiness in your life. Healthy habits include gooding in your best, you glow and vibrant , so protecting your skin by wearing sunscreens is a vital idea. try to eat healthy, consume more fruits and vegetables and lean meat and seafood. Stay active by working out or getting involved in sports. Avoid smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol.

  1. Who is your biggest inspiration?

My biggest inspiration in my life comes in two parts, When I was younger it was my parents. My father was very intelligent, kind and had a big heart, he set up a high standard for me to follow. My mother was a hard working beautiful doctor who sacrificed her own life taking care of her patients. They inspire me to do my best in everything. After my adult life , the biggest inspiration in my life is every challenge that comes my way. Challenges, much more than anything else, keeps me up no matter how hard they can get.
