Renowned author, social media influencer and cancer prevention consultant Juliet Mitchell, known for her bestselling book, “CANCER, We’ve Got This!” is set to release her second book in September of 2021.
“How Yummy is the Rainbow?” is a children’s book co-authored by Juliet’s daughter, Katie.
Having graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Development, and as a proud mother, Juliet has always felt a passion for helping children. It was after being diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2013 that she moved into the field of holistic medicine, which became her second passion. Ms. Mitchell found a way to combine these two passions by volunteering at the Center of Oncology Pediatrics Hospital in Mexico, as well as helping many people with cancer by providing advice for holistic alternatives. She experienced both chemo and holistic cancer treatment measures, which gave her a unique perspective to help as many people as possible fight and win their battles against cancer.
Within the cancer community, Juliet Mitchell is a widely-followed blogger, video journalist, health advocate, organic living expert, keynote speaker, National spokesperson / ambassador for truth about talc, IFOAM Organic International member, and has been a supporter and donor of the Organic Consumers Association of America. She is also a healthy living coach.
Juliet’s first book became a #1 Holistic Medicine Amazon Bestseller. The new children’s book will give kids an opportunity to learn about the colorful fruits and veggies that can be eaten for optimal health. Together with her 14-year old daughter, this mom aims to teach kids about the benefits of proper nutrition in a way that is both memorable and easy to understand.
Juliet Mitchell has appeared on many TV and radio shows. She has also been featured on magazine covers and many print publications. Her notable achievements include the Women of 2018 Who Are Influential, the Women’s Rock Award for her contributions to Cancer Awareness and a 2019 Woman of the Year award for women’s cancer prevention.
