On January 28, 2023, the Banana Republic boutique in San Francisco’s iconic 2 Folsom location hosted a luxurious and elegant party to celebrate the entrance of the new year. The event was thrown in honor of Victoria Tai, Principal at Winward Home, a high-end home decor destination with a focus on the finest faux floral designs.
Victoria recently appeared on the cover of Luxury Trending Magazine, styled by fashion icon and jewelry designer Rosalina Lydster and captured by the whimsical lens of the brilliant fashion and editorial photographer Vincent Gotti. Lydster invited fashion film director Antonio Contreras who recently has worked with supermodel Pat Cleveland and couturier Jean Paul Gaultier, to outfit Victoria in a few looks for the editorial using clothing curated from Banana Republic’s latest collection.
The event was a highlight of the season, with influential people and celebrities in attendance, including San Francisco’s real estate legend Joel Goodrich, Rosalina Lydster, artist Bip Apollo, the sensational Mama Mai, Navid Armstrong, Silvia Poloto, Petra Higby, restauranteur Sunyoung, Waterbar Restaurant’s David Hanna and his wife Lisa. The guests arrived in their most stylish ensembles.
As guests mingled and enjoyed the ambiance of the Banana Republic boutique, they indulged in a delicious spread of caviar from The Caviar Company of San Francisco and sipped on exquisite cocktails. Adding an extra layer of style to the event, some of the guests were styled by Antonio Contreras, adding an extra touch of glamour and sophistication to the night.
Victoria Tai contributed her specialty and collaborated with floral designer Alan Do of Noovo Bloom to outfit the boutique with the most exquisite and realistic floral arrangements from her company which had guests admiring in awe!
As a high-end home decor destination, Winward Home is known for its commitment to style and elegance, and Victoria Tai is no exception. Her presence at the event was a testament to the sophistication and class that was present throughout the night.
As the night came to a close, guests exchanged warm farewells, having created memories of a truly unforgettable celebration to usher in the new year. The event was yet another example of Luxury Trending Magazine’s unwavering commitment to style, sophistication, and culture, setting the bar for the most luxurious and chic events of the season.
