Rosalina Tran Lydster For Luxury Trending
Rosalina Tran Lydster is a Vietnamese third-generation jewelry designer who currently resides in the Bay Area, California. She is the owner of Diamante’ by Rosalina. She credits her mom, who had a great sense of style, for her love and knowledge of design.
“My mom dressed socialites and dignitaries in Saigon, throughout the 1960s. As a trendsetter, she was tough, but kind, and always delivered on promises. Her success came from her creativity, and never accepting ‘no’ for an answer.
Rosalina is well-known for her collection throughout Neiman Marcus, and has been named one of the official jewelers for the Academy Awards. In 2008, she was selected as the designer of the crown for the Miss Universe pageant.
She is a sought after designer by many celebrities, including Paris Hilton, Tom Hanks, Selena Gomez, Jeannie Mai Jenkins, Hilary Duff, Will.I.Am, Jessica Alba, Orlando Bloom, Elton John, Fergie, Demi Lovato, Dakota Fanning, and Adrien Brody. She was most recently a stylist for the 2019 Daytime Emmy Awards’ styling lounge. One of Rosalina’s current projects is co-executive producer of the HBO Max reality series “House of Ho”, which features the Vietnamese-American Ho family living the American dream in Houston, Texas.
Rosalina’s world-wide recognition has led her to be featured in esteemed publications such as Vogue, Marie Claire, InStyle, and Harper’s BAZAAR.
When asked about the advice she gives to others, she says to always work hard, remember who helped you and where you came from, and most importantly give back.
