Dr. CleRenda McGrady For Luxury Trending
Dr. CleRenda McGrady is a wife, mother of four, philanthropist, online private school teacher, and entrepreneur. As the founder of ReNew Coaching Center, CleRenda firmly believes that when we renew our thoughts, we transform our lives.
The creator of several women’s self-development initiatives such as the full day masterclass “The Esther Experience” and the eight week course “Wise Wives Win,” she is passionate about teaching, supporting, and inspiring women to step into their next.
Her doctoral research is centered around the positive impact that African American fathers have on their teenage daughters’ self-efficacy and motivation.
CleRenda is also the founder and director of PUSH Girls Academy (PGA), a high school girls’ mentoring and scholarship program. PGA supports, empowers, and develops young ladies to become (P)urpose-led, (U)nstoppable, (S)uccess-bound, and (H)ope-filled, so they can have the confidence to compete, lead, succeed, and soar in an evolving and demanding world. The program is built around providing the members the “three E’s” of experience, examples, and exposure to showcase what is available, obtainable, and sustainable to young ladies.
CleRenda has been recognized by Houston Woman Magazine as one of the Top 50 Influential Women, and has received the Houston Chronicle Community Philanthropic Award, Inspire Women Community Leader Award, and Sweet 16 Women Making a Difference Award.
She has also funded half a million dollars to the Aloa Harris Scholarship Fund, in honor of her late mother, which provides scholarships to women seeking to use their gift to pursue missions or ministry.
Of all her successes and accolades, CleRenda values most her work, influence, and family.
McGrady holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from North Carolina State University, a Master’s Degree of Education in Speech-Language Pathology from North Carolina Central University, and a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Baylor University.
