Tell a few words to our readers who is ADRIANA FONSECA:
Mexican, Warrior, Dreamer, spiritual and sympathetic.
How is a normal day in the life of Adriana?
Depends a bit on the project that I find, if I’m in the usually take classes every day, be it speech, acting, circus, pilates, yoga, spinning, etc. And I’m going to castings. If I am on the tour of her mother’s daughters I usually travel daily, give two functions, have dinner and we will rest a couple of hours to give function in another city the next day.
Have you ever imagined the success of Brave Heart?
It was a pleasant surprise. When I said that if to that project, enter with a lot of illusion to work on another network and make different stories with messages for women of Fortaleza. I never really imagined that it would last a whole year to record and for example in Mexico would be broadcast for consecutive years in addition to being trending in Nexflix, for so long.
How do Summaries The process To achieve your recognition?
I’ve had more than 20 years of career, I’ve been through highs and lows; But in general I have achieved many dreams. Since 2000 I decided to go to study, to offer a plus to my characters. Then return to Mexico and still doing TV, theater and cinema and in 2007 I moved to Miami looking for new projects, lived there 6 years, doing 2 soap operas and going and coming to Mexico and Colombia where I did series and theater. The theater has been very important in my career and training. And since 2013 I’ve been living in the, looking for the crossover, already making a play in English, documentary Now series and the movie Escape from Ensenada. I am currently back and FWD LA and Mexico on a theater tour in the Mexican Republic and USA.
What is your favorite style of dress for day to day, for an important event and for a party?
I love fashion, I follow a lot of trends, but I must confess that since I live in the I’ve become more sport. Before I was the most arranged in a casting, now I go more jeans and tshirts to castings and more executive production meetings, but always in trend and fashion. For the night I love dresses, boots, heels, glamour.
Have you ever had a famous or successful woman you have inspired?
I’m a fan of feisty, strong women. Salma Hayek is uni of my icons to follow. Also Maria Felix, Shakira, Meryl Streep, Dolores de El Rio, Sofia Vergara.
What are the beauty tips you would give to the readers to look as spectacular as you?
Thanks a lot! I take great care of my skin and I’m sorry to use the Hgkosmetiks products of my friend Humberto Garibay. I love your line. I drink plenty of water. I exercise 5 or 6 times a week and try to nourish my inner deformation positive and get away from the negative as much as possible.
What is the production, of which you have participated that you have loved the most?
The truth is several, courageous heart, documentary now, adventurous in theater, Rosalinda on TV.
What was that character you wanted to play and didn’t give?
There are several to be done. In English I would like to make prepared Latina women who come to USA from their countries, not the typical nany or Houskeping. Also make time characters. Some super hero Latina. Continue to empower women and Latinas.
What funny anecdote do you remember from your first characters?
In my first character had not studied acting when I started acting and I was very nervous, trembled. One day the director told me that he had to rehearse with me in his room and I got very scared. I didn’t. Then a friend actress told me that it was normal for all the actresses Ivan to study in his room.
What can not be missing in your dressing room when you are in a production?
Water, fruit, lights, music, makeup, coffee.
Do you have any rituals to start the year?
Thank you, wearing red and yellow underwear, running with a suitcase, lighting candles.
Tell us some of the projects you can talk about, that you have for this 2018
There are several cocinandoce, a movie, but until this more advanced can speak. For now continue on tour USA and Mexico n the theater
What do you like most in your free time?
Hiking, reading, being with my family, doing yoga, cooking.

A plate of food to try?
I think I have proven everything I wanted, several exotic foods, but I’m definitely very classic in cravings as well.
A dream to fulfill?
I produce content, do more new things in Hollywood and Europe, extend my family, and some more I prefer to keep private to be fulfilled…
The audience misses you, when can we see you again on the screens?
I hope soon, is a little relative, there are projects that are confirmed from one day to another and two that take. For now I can see in your city in theater, either in USA or Mexico.
What are the tips and recommendations that an actress of your level would give to girls who dream of the world of cameras?
That all dreams become reality with perseverance and love. To prepare and live without fear, the fears stop and paralyze. Everything is accomplished with faith.
We know that you have been the victim of racism and harassment during your career, what advice would you give to those who are starting in the world of spectacle, to avoid them at least to be in the same position?
It is sad but the bulling and other negative habits unfortunately still exist, we are in a world that exists of all kinds of human beings. My recommendation is not to do the same thing that we do and it hurts and think about the whole movie that everything in life is returned, be good or bad. Also raising the voice is important.
How would you advise them to react to such a deplorable situation?
Talking about it and not doing the same thing. The times are changing little by little and this exists in many areas and countries, in us is doing a better world.

Cuéntales en pocas palabras a nuestros lectores quien es ADRIANA FONSECA:

¿Cómo es un día normal en la vida de Adriana?
Depende un poco de el proyecto en el que me encuentre, si estoy en LA por lo general tomo clases todos los dias, ya sea de speech, acting, circo, pilates, yoga, spinning, etc. Y voy a castings. Si estoy en la gira de hijas de su madre por lo general viajo diario, doy dos funciones, cenamos y vamos a descansar un par de horas para dar funcion en otra ciudad al día siguiente.
¿Alguna vez imaginaste el éxito de corazón valiente?
Ha sido una grata sorpresa. Cuando dije que si a ese proyecto, entre con muchisima ilusion de trabajar en otro network y hacer historias diferentes con mensajes para las mujeres de fortaleza. Realmente jamas me imaginé que duraria todo un año en grabarse y que por ejemplo en México se transmitiria por años consecutivos ademas de ser trending en nexflix, durante tanto tiempo.
¿Cómo resumirías el proceso para lograr tu reconocimiento?
Llevo mas de 20 años de carrera, he pasado por altas y bajas; pero en general he logrado muchos sueños. Desde el 2000 decidi irme a estudiar a LA, para ofrecer un plus a mis personajes. Despues regrese a mexico y segui haciendo tv, teatro y cine y en el 2007 me mude a Miami buscando nuevos proyectos, vivi ahí 6 años, haciendo 2 telenovelas y llendo y vieniendo a mexico y colombia donde hice series y teatro. El teatro ha sido muy importante en mi carrera y formacion. Y desde el 2013 llevo viviendo en LA, buscando el crossover, logrando ya hacer una obra de teatro en ingles, la serie documentary now y la pelicula escape from Ensenada. Actualmente estoy back and fwd LA y mexico en una gira de teatro en la República mexicana y usa.
¿Cuál es tu estilo de vestir favorito para el día a día, para un acto importante y para una fiesta?
Amo la moda, sigo mucho las tendencias, pero debo confesar que desde que vivo en LA me he vuelto mas sport. Antes era yo la mas arreglada en un casting, ahora voy mas de jeans y tshirts a castings y a reuniones de produccion mas ejecutiva, pero siempre en tendencia y fashion. Para la noche amo los vestidos, botas, heels, el glamour.
¿Has tenido alguna mujer famosa o exitosa en quien te hayas inspirado?
Soy admiradora de las mujeres luchadoras y fuertes. Salma hayek es uni de mis iconos a seguir. Tambien Maria Felix, Shakira, Meryl streep, Dolores de el rio, Sofia Vergara.
¿Cuáles son los consejos de belleza que le darías a las lectoras para verse tan espectaculares como tú?
Muchas gracias! Me cuido mucho mi piel y me consiento usando los productos hgkosmetiks de mi amigo Humberto Garibay. Amo su linea. Tomo mucha agua. Hago ejercicio 5 o 6 veces a la semana y trato de nutrir mi interior deforma positiva y alejarme de lo negativo lo más posible.
¿Cuáles es la producción, de las que has participado que más has amado hacer?
La verdad son varios, corazon valiente, documentary now, aventurera en teatro, rosalinda en tv.
¿Cuál ha sido ese personaje que quisiste interpretar y no se dio?
Hay varios por hacer. En ingles me gustaría hacer mujeres latinas preparadas que llegan a usa de sus paises, no la tipica nany ni Houskeping. Tambien hacer personajes de epoca. Alguna super heroe latina. Seguir empoderando a la mujer y a las latinas.
¿Cuál anécdota divertida recuerdas de tus primeros personajes?
En mi primer personaje no habia estudiado actuacion cuando empece a actuar y me ponia muy nerviosa, temblaba. Un dia el director me dijo que tenia que ensayar conmigo en su cuarto y yo me puse muy espantada. No fui. Luego una amiga actriz me dijo que era normal que todas las actrices ivan a estudiar a su habitación.
¿Qué no puede faltar en tu camerino cuando estás en una producción?
Agua, fruta, luces, musica, makeup, café.
¿Tienes algún ritual para iniciar el año?
Agradecer, usar ropa interior roja y amarilla, correr con una maleta, prender velas.
Cuéntanos algunos de los proyectos, de los que puedas hablar, que tengas para este 2018
Hay varios cocinandoce, una pelicula, pero hasta que este mas adelantado podre hablar. Por ahora continuar en gira usa y mexico n el teatro
¿Qué es lo que más te gusta hacer en tu tiempo libre?
Hiking, leer, estar con mi familia, hacer yoga, cocinar.
¿Un destino por conocer?
Asia
¿Un plato de comida por probar?
Creo que he provado todo lo que he querido, varias comidas exoticas, pero definitivamente soy muy clasica en antojos también.
¿Un sueño por cumplir?
Producir yo contenido, hacer mas cosas nuevas en Hollywood y europa, extender mi familia, y algunos mas que prefiero mantener en privado para que se cumplan…
El público te extraña, cuando podremos verte de nuevo en las pantallas?
Espero pronto, es un poco relativo, hay proyectos que se confirman de un dia para otro y otros dos que tardan. Por ahora me podran ver en su ciudad en teatro, ya sea en usa o mexico.
¿Cuáles son los consejos y recomendaciones que una actriz de tu nivel daría a las chicas que sueñan con el mundo de las cámaras?
Que todos los sueños se vuelven realidad con perseverancia y amor. Que se preparen y vivan sin miedos, los miedos frenan y paralizan. Todo se logra con fe.
Sabemos que has sido víctima de racismo y acoso durante tu carrera, ¿qué consejo le darías a quienes están empezando en el mundo del espectáculo, que les evite al menos, estar en tu misma posición?
Es triste pero el bulling y otros habitos negativos desgraciadamente siguen existiendo, estamos en un mundo que existen de todo tipo de seres humanos. Mi recomendación es no hacer lo mismo que nos hacen y duele y que pensemos en la película completa que todo en la vida se regresa, sea bueno o malo. Tambien el alzar la voz es importante.
¿Cómo les aconsejarías que deben reaccionar ante tan deplorable situación?
Hablandolo y no haciendo lo mismo. Los tiempos van cambiando poco a poco y esto existe en muchas areas y paises, en nosotros esta hacer un munso mejor.
