Sandra Vázquez is Executive Director of Guanajuato Estate Tourist Council.
Sandra Vázquez is Co-Founder and General Manager of Levain & Co. which was founded in 2004 in San Miguel de Allende, with its main goal being the promotion of design, architecture, and gastronomy.
Levain & Co. own Dos Casas Hotel and Spa; Casa de los Olivos Hotel Boutique; the restaurants Cumpanio and Aperi; the artisanal bakery Panio; and the gallery Garage, all of which Sandra is known to handle not only with superior efficiency but grace, charm, and finesse.
Under her leadership and the vision of businessman Alberto Laposse, Levain & Co. has become a leading hospitality group in luxury tourism in Mexico by offering innovative, sophisticated, and personalized experiences.
Sandra’s academic training at the European Institute of Business Administration, INSEAD, France, was in design where she focused her studies on emerging leaders of the “Digital Age”. She further attended the Marangoni Institute, Milan as well as central Saint Martins, London to study marketing and digital design.
In 2021, Sandra was named Executive Director of Guanajuato’s Tourist Council. The main goal of the Council is to position Guanajuato as a leader in the hospitality industry. Sandra is the link between the hospitality private initiate and the minister of tourism.
