Designed to make a statement, combining pure, luxurious energy with the unabashed precision of a naked bike. The return and improvement of key elements of the BRABUS design DNA, including two legacy paint finishes, BRABUS Monoblock Z forged wheels, a high-quality carbon fiber body and a stylish custom-made seat that was finished with professional attention to detail by the BRABUS interior specialists in Bottrop, Germany. – underline the extremely unique and sporty character of the bike and ensure an immediate 1-second wow effect.
The platform of the BRABUS 1300 R Edition 23 remains the KTM 1290 SUPER DUKE R EVO. As a further development of KTM’s performance motorcycles, this model offers the best riding experience, uncompromising ergonomics and the beating heart of a motorcycle: the exceptional 180 hp LC8 V-twin engine. at 9500 rpm and 140 Nm of torque at 8000 rpm. of its 1301 cc The BRABUS twin-pipe ceiling exhaust emphasizes its unmistakable character as well as its powerful sound.
The BRABUS 1300 R Edition 23 retains and extends its “black and bold” identity with a range of new features. The striking headlight mask including side panels made of carbon fiber, heavy domes and the characteristic BRABUS stripes on the air intake underline the unique face of the Edition 23. The newly designed side parts and air ducts are further evidence of years of experience in processing carbon fiber prepregs.
In keeping with the sporty and aggressive design style, the ultra-lightweight one-piece carbon fiber tub now features an all-new rear seat cover. With an ignition cover design and body color, this update gives the BRABUS 1300 R Edition 23 a more compact and powerful silhouette. The seat has been padded and decorated with BRABUS “Crest” stitching. Finally, the brand new side mirrors on the handlebars have been specifically designed to complete the bike’s unique look and allow for precise adjustment.
Inspired by the design of the exclusive fleet of the supercar brand 1-Second-Wow, the BRABUS 1300 R Edition 23 is also equipped with BRABUS Monoblock Z forged wheels. The state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and the new coating in “Platinum Black” providing maximum durability and a distinctive BRABUS look.
To add an extra touch of uniqueness, the BRABUS 1300 R Edition 23 is available in two color combinations: ‘Superblack’ and ‘Stealth Gray’. Production will be limited to 145 units for both variants available in the select market.
From a technical point of view, the BRABUS 1300 R Edition 23 uses the latest WP APEX semi-active suspension technology. This allows drivers to choose between six special wet modes – COMFORT, STREET, SPORT, TRACK, ADVANCED – in their spare time, or an AUTO mode that automatically adapts to road and driving conditions.
