(Crewe, 8 February 2023) Customers and enthusiasts can now explore the Bentayga Extended Wheelbase (EWB) and take it for a virtual drive in a real life location of their choice, or simply check how it looks on their driveway.
Bentley has launched a new augmented reality app to showcase the world’s best luxury SUV. Exterior colors, leather colors and interior styles can be changed to create your own Bentayga EWB.
However, if you can’t decide, two preset specifications have been created to represent the two key characteristics of the Bentayga EWB – luxury and performance – united in the archetypal harmony of Bentley polarities. The Luxury edition features a rose gold exterior and porpoise leather and canvas interior.
In contrast, the “Performance” version has a grey-purple body color with plum and canvas leather with contrasting stitching. Both configurations feature Azure specification, a rear seat entertainment system, Bentley Diamond Illumination and a new loft interior design. The “Performance” specification also includes the modern Blackline specification.
The application uses the latest augmented reality technology and is one of the most advanced in the automotive industry. In addition to selecting multiple specifications, users can resize the vehicle by viewing it on a table or zooming into a full-size simulation. Users can also test the Bentayga EWB in third-person augmented reality.
The Bentayga EWB AR Visualizer also provides a link to Bentley’s extensive configurator with over 24 billion different specification combinations. Hotspots provide additional information on new feature content for the Bentayga EWB.
