Arap Bethke, unstoppable between cinema, TV and Ott returns to the screen with new project
The actor stars in “Mujer de Nadie” the new production of TelevisaUnivision, produced by Giselle González, where he shares credits with Livia Brito.
Unstoppable between Cinema, TV and OTT. After shooting in Mexico the films “Permitidos”, “Mal de Ojo” and the streaming series “La rebelión de las esposas”, actor Arap Bethke returns to television to star in “Mujer de nadie”, the new TelevisaUnivision telenovela, under the production of Giselle González.
“I am very happy to return to Televisa and Univision. Giselle González is a high-quality production company that brings together talented casts. Sharing a set with Livia also excites me a lot. We are going to have a stormy relationship that is going to generate a lot of controversy. It’s a great story with a lot of drama,” Bethke said.
This melodrama is based on an original story by Liliana Abud, with a free version by Leonardo Bechini, María Elena López and Claudio Lacelli. The stage direction will be in charge of Juan Pablo Blanco and Fabián Corres.
In the story Arap will give life to ‘Alfrefo’ couple with Livia Brito who will play ‘Lucía Arizmendi’, a beautiful young woman who lives with her father in San Jacinto, Puebla. Together they have built a very close and loving relationship. His greatest passion is the manufacture of talavera. “Mujer de Nadie”, tentative title, will reach free-to-air television on the Las Estrellas channel in Mexico and the Univision network in the United States.
This project marks Bethke’s return to television after having starred in “La Piloto”, alongside Livia Brito, “La Usurpadora” and “Buscando a Frida”.
The main picture is composed of Livia Brito, Marcus Ornellas and Arap Bethke. The production also confirmed Azela Robinson, Cynthia Klitbo, Maria Penella, Carmen Aub and Veronica Merchant, among other great actors who will be part of its cast.
Marcus Ornellas will play Fernando Ortega, business administrator. Single, honest, loyal, seductive and enterprising, he has managed to establish a small logistics and transport company.
Mujer de Nadie will have locations in the state of Puebla and Mexico City.

His most recent films are “Guadalupe Reyes” and “Sin Origen”, now on AMAZON. Soon he will release two new films in Mexico “Allowed” and “Evil eye”, which he stars. Both productions were shot in Aztec lands in October and November 2021. In addition, he premieres the streaming series “The Rebellion of the Wives” for the Pantaya platform. In September he shoots in the Dominican Republic the film “Ganas de Ganar”, which he stars.
Arap has participated star in successful and recognized productions for Televisa that have gone around the world, being some of the most outstanding: “Clase 406”, “RBD La Familia” and “Mi Generación”.
