Can you tell us how you grew up and what are some of your fondest childhood memories?
I grew up with my family formed by my mother, father, and brother, a very united and loving family. I studied in a single institution called the holy trinity “Las Pachas” where I stood out for being one of the best cheerleader athletes for ten consecutive years allowed me to form myself as a competitive, winning, and disciplined woman; therefore, these are some of the fondest memories of my childhood.
When did you realize you wanted to be a businesswoman and entrepreneur?
Since I was a child, I have had my parents as role models since they worked in the textile industry, and they have always been my reference for wanting to start in business.
What have been the hardest struggles you’ve faced in your life as a Latina woman in business and how have you overcome them?
The most significant challenges in my life as an entrepreneur have been gaining access to legal business licenses in the United States and is recognized in the social groups of the industry. This I have overcome thanks to my perseverance, discipline, and empowerment as an entrepreneur.
What advice would you give to other women who are starting their businesses?
Patience as it is a process that involves a lot of dedication, and commitment, and you need to create your ideal team.
Your brand MyMy Worldwide has something to suit everyone, what is the process of designing a new collection like?
We are especially inspired by the requirements and wants of our customers as we recognize the lifestyle, essence, and identity of our community.
What are your top three styling tips when it comes to building your perfect look?
Safety, comfort, and elegance.
Who inspires you in your everyday life and who inspires you in business?
I am inspired by the stories of many women who have achieved their dreams and who with their spiritual, emotional, and financial preparation have built their life projects.
What is one thing you wish someone had told you before becoming an entrepreneur?
The importance of creating a solid, honest, and committed team in all the processes involved in creating and maintaining a company.
