Carlos Baez is a renowned Colombian actor of 28 years who became known thanks to his participation in The chosen granddaughter and Nurses of the RCN channel. In addition, this year he stood out as one of the strongest contestants of MasterChef Celebrity. In fact, he was one of the finalists along with Tatán Mejía, Chicho Arias and Ramiro Meneses.

Being on Masterchef has brought the best moments to my life, it has helped me grow as a person, I had moments of happiness, joy, knowledge I felt able to do anything as in other moments I also felt frustrated and even lost. The greatest learning of my trade realize that all human beings and living beings are going through different circumstances in our lives and almost never worry about what the other person is living, for the feelings of our friends, brothers, neighbors, colleagues or the person we just met and everyone has a different life and in that order of ideas I think we have to learn to be more empathetic to put ourselves a little in the shoes of others because we do not know of their struggles in silence.
My short-term dream is to be in a movie, to see myself on the big screen, I haven’t had the opportunity to make movies, so for me it’s a dream and to see myself in a movie theater.
As an actor you always have to prepare basically by doing the practice, acting all the time, but for me it is important to be guided by someone who knows, so when I am not recording I see myself with my coach or took workshops with different teachers that can help me improve in the points where maybe I am weak when it comes to acting.
For my good actor he is a person who has prepared, who has good tools to be on stage, but the most important thing is that he is empathetic, good people, noble, someone who is a good person, above all.
At the moment I do not see myself being a dad yet, I think I lack many things to live, but it is not a possibility to discard, surely later things can happen.
While recording master chef neglect many aspects of my life, precisely because the recording days were very long, for now I want to resume my normal life, such as exercising, going to the beach, seeing my friends but what I want to do most is study and become a better actor
