Through the lens of Juergen Teller and under the creative direction of Stuart Vevers, J.Lo and fellow Coach menswear ambassador Michael B. Jordan’s latest Spring/Summer 2020 collection is majestic, stylish and cool!
The new campaign, Originals Go their Own Way, promotes Stuart Vevers’ evolving vision for the brand and celebrates the story of authentic self-expression through two iconic stars who have been “breaking new ground in the process.” daring independent individuals and stay true to themselves”.
Borrowing a narrative from their last commercial, 21st Century Dreamers, the new ad, starring Michael and J.Lo, will be filmed at iconic New York locations, including The Edge and High in Hudson Yards. Line. Another prominent theme was artist Simone Leigh’s Brick House sculpture, a public art piece on the High Line that was a guest at Coach’s Spring/Summer 2020 show last September.
The event highlighted Coach’s new vision with a new line of bags – the Hutton and Rambler for women, and the Pacer backpack and fanny pack for men. New leather styles from the ready-to-wear collection and a special cameo on select pieces by another New Yorker icon, Barbara Streisand, also featured prominently.
