Thank you so much for doing this with us dear, Hailey Alison! Our readers would love to get to know you a bit better. Can you share with us the backstory of how you came upon this career path and to whereyou are today?

I auditioned for a small runway show for a local mall when I was a teen. After getting accepted to walk in the show I connected with a local designer and photographer who booked me for another fashion show the following week and everything took off from there. Today I am signed with agencies in NYC, DET, and CHI and have been published in a variety of magazines: Playboy South Africa, Ellements, Lions Magazine, and more.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to whereyou are? Can you share a story about that?

I’m very thankful for my mom. I started to dabble with modeling when I was about 16 years old. My mom would go with me to every photoshoot, casting, and event to make sure it was safe for me. She showed interest in learning about the industry with me as well as looking out for my well-being.

Can you share a story with us about the mosthumorous mistake you made when you were firststarting?

Learning how to walk in 6inch heels when I was 16! My biggest mistake was not practicing enough. I looked like Bambi when I started! Hahaha You can never practice too much.

What lesson or take-away did you learn fromthat?

Practice makes perfect. Practice, practice, practice.

As an influencer, you have been blessed with greatsuccess in a career path that many have attempted, buteventually gave up on. In fact perhaps most peoplewho tried to follow a career path like yours did notsucceed. Do you have any words of advice for otherswho may want to embark on this career path but knowthat their dreams might be dashed?

Keep trying and don’t give up! It is all trial and error. Keep pushing!

Can you share with our readers some of your strategiesyou’ve used to build an engaged, loyal, and large online community?

I’ve always been engaging with my fans. I love them and enjoy talking to them! Have fun with it and be engaging with everyone.

You are a busy person with a demanding schedule, can you share with our readers two self care routines, practices or treatments that help your body thrive?

(Kindly share a story or an example for each.)

I exercise daily and follow a vegan diet. My exercise routine consists of a bodybuilding style workout with some cardio as well. An example of this would be lifting weights and using the stepmill or running treadmill sprints. With the diet I follow, I do not consume eggs, dairy, honey, or any type of meat. I stick to consuming Whole Foods and a lot of fruit and vegetables.

Can you share 3 ideas that anyone can use “to feel beautiful”?

I would honestly say exercise is my #1. Working out makes me feel strong and beautiful. #2 take yourself shopping and treat yourself! Look good, feel good. Buy yourself an outfit that makes you feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident. #3 treat yourself to a facial or massage. Self care is important and will leave you feeling refreshed.

Is there a particular resource, a practitioner, expert, book, or podcast that made a significant impact on youand helped you to thrive? Can you share a story aboutthat with us?

I learned a lot from networking with others. I don’t have a particular source I’d go to a consistent resource.

Do you have a story about the strangest, most bizarreor funniest wellness treatment that you’ve everexperienced?

I haven’t experienced any too strange or bizarre. I’ve had 2 PRP facials before, but that’s about as wild as I’ve gotten with wellness treatments hahaha

As an influencer, you are a person of great influence. Ifyou could inspire a movement that would bring themost amount of good to the most amount of people, what would that be?

You never know what your idea can trigger. I would bring more attention to bullying. Growing up I was bullied very badly and I know first hand how it can greatly impact one’s mental health. I don’t think bullying is something anyone deserves to go through and I feel like it is often overlooked.

We are very blessed that some of the biggest names in Business, VC funding, Sports, and Entertainment read this column. Is there a person in the world with whom you’d like to have a private breakfast or lunch with, and why? He or she might just see this.

I have no one particular in mind… anyone well traveled and chatty! I’m always looking to learn more.

What is the best way our readers can follow you onsocial media?
