Australian Queer artist and designer, Kris Andrew Small, and adidas collaborated on a line of clothing and shoes to celebrate Pride 2022. The line is a pop art and graphic design inspired assortment that honors well-known LGBTQIA+ voices. Born in Sydney, Small is a queer artist and designer who has created many bold pieces of art with many colors and patterns.

Adidas will help support and empower the LGBTQIA+ community throughout Pride Month in 2022 with two additional events. These are continuing celebrations of the love that connects the world.

Pride Content Series

Adidas works with some of its biggest LGBTQIA+ partners to release a Pride content series.

Tom Daley talks about being an openly gay athlete in the Olympics with a UK charity, Stonewall. He discusses how we can help support the next generation in this conversation.

There is a conversation between Layshia Clarendon, Chelsea Grey, and Athlete Ally (an organization that promotes LGBTQIA+ equality in sport). They talk about how Title IX (US Federal Civil Rights Law that prohibits sex-based discrimination in schools) doesn’t really cover trans people, and how it could be improved. The series can be watched here.

Adidas Pride Collection X EA SPORTS FIFA 22

Adidas is going to use their Love Unites platform in the world of EA SPORTS FIFA for Pride 2022. Their campaign will be active from June 10th, and can be seen in the game mode. Two different game modes will allow players to wear select pieces from their recently announced 2022 Pride Collection.

In FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT), players can unlock the Love Unites pack through Milestone goals. In VOLTA Football, the pack is unlocked as players progress through the season during Pride month.

There are many items that can be purchased from the collection: a Love Unites t-shirt, track pants, hoodie, a bright blue Ultraboost shoe in the VOLTA color scheme, and a Tiro Jersey in the FUT colors. There are also special stadium takeover pieces that will be available in June, with the branded Love Unites shirt, tracksuit, hoodie, and Ultraboost shoes in the VOLTA colors.
