Atlanta. Lea Anderson joins Porsche North America (PCNA) in this role today. Vice President of Customer Experience. She succeeds Margareta Mahlstedt, who Become the new vice president of PCNA East.
She is from Tesla, where she worked for over 12 years, eventually serving as the Southern California Sales and Service Director – Lea has had a long career Record of building teams and creating customer experience programs to support owners at local, national and global levels. This includes monitoring cell services Operations, roadside assistance and field service calls.
