Following IDEM certification, the Sant’Agata Bolognese-based company is among the first in the automotive sector to achieve this milestone
Sant’Agata Bolognese, January 16, 2022 Automobili Lamborghini is on a strategic path to fully implement the principles of inclusion and equal opportunities. As one of the first companies in the automotive sector to be certified by IDEM last November and receive official recognition for its proven application of international equality standards, Maison Sant’Agata also received UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification. Certificate approved by the Italian Government under the provisions of Law 162/2021.
The certification was issued by DNV, an independent organization providing global insurance and risk management services, which verifies the guidelines of the gender equality management system in addition to the application of key performance indicators. specific key (KPl) in realizing gender equality goals. More specifically, the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard helps organizations promote gender equality in corporate culture, improving and strengthening individual and organizational performance.

Over the years, Lamborghini has encouraged an increase in the number of female employees by hiring highly skilled women, especially those with a STEM background. The company also guarantees – a measure that has been in place since 2018 – equal pay for female and male employees with equal qualifications and functions. In terms of gender diversity, Lamborghini has also long been a member of both the Capo D network, a community of equal opportunity companies promoted by the Metropolitan City of Bologna, and Valore D, established more than ten years as the first
