After a year of development testing, during which Michel Pirro, Alex De Angelis and Chaz Davis took turns riding the “V21L” prototype, the Ducati MotoE project is getting closer to the moment when the bikes hit the track. The first tests with the drivers and teams participating in the 2023 World Championship are scheduled for March 6th, 7th and 8th in Jerez, followed by three more days of testing on April 3rd, 4th and 5th at the circuit from Montmelo in Barcelona.

The debut in the race will take place on Saturday 13th May at the French Grand Prix. The 2023 MotoE World Championship calendar is divided into eight Grands Prix with two weekend races, both taking place on Saturdays. After its debut in France, the MotoE World Championship will be present at all subsequent European races up to the Misano Grand Prix, thus continuing on the weekend of June 11th at Mugello, the following weekend at the Sachsenring and on June 25th at Assen. After a summer break, the Ducati MotoE bikes return to the Silverstone circuit on August 5th and then compete in the last three Grands Prix at the Red Bull Ring (20th August), Catalunya (2nd September) and Misano (10th August).
