The new carbon fiber inspired Bugatti Baby II is a limited edition made exclusively for W16 Mistral owners. Designed in collaboration with The Little Car Company, the Baby II Carbon Edition is hand built to each customer’s specifications. It shares the exterior and interior details of the W16 Mistral, making it the perfect complement to Bugatti’s finest roadster.
Based on an advanced carbon fiber architecture, the Bugatti Baby II Carbon Edition pays homage to the designers and engineers of the W16 Mistral, Bugatti’s latest road car powered by the legendary W16 engine.
Each customer has the opportunity to customize their new Bugatti Baby II to their own W16 Mistral specifications, making it a truly unique model.
HIGH-TECH CARBON AND INNOVATIVE DESIGN
In addition to individual paintwork and individual design specifications, the Bugatti Baby II Carbon Edition includes numerous carbon elements. Visible carbon elements adorn the radiator and grille, dashboard, inner panels and mirror mounts, while a custom ebony steering wheel is finished with a carbon center section.
A series of beautifully painted black components add exquisite depth to the Carbon Edition’s visual finish. The spare wheel, spare wheel bracket and straps were removed to lighten the car.
In honor of Bugatti’s home country, W16 Mistral1 owners can hand-paint the side of their Bugatti Baby II Carbon Edition with the French flag.
The headlights of the Bugatti Baby II Carbon Edition are beautifully framed in horizontal LED bezels, a homage to the W16 Mistral’s headlights. On the inside, each new Bugatti Baby II is decorated with a special engraving on the inner panel showing the chassis number and model designation.
The limited edition Bugatti Baby II (only 500 pieces) was released in 2019 and pays homage to Ettore Bugatti’s original masterpiece, the Bugatti Baby, created in 1926. designed to commemorate Bugatti’s 110th anniversary and is of great importance in preserving the history of the Bugatti brand.
The Baby II Carbon Edition follows a similar design treatment, featuring typical Bugatti styling cues in the interior. The instrument elements of the original Bugatti Type 35 have been adapted to modern conditions: the fuel gauge has been converted into a battery indicator. As a nod to the Bugatti Veyron, the oil level indicator has become a performance indicator. And the scale version of the famous four-spoke steering wheel features a quick-release mechanism to make cab access quicker and easier.
The adjustable pedals are machined from a single piece of aluminum and proudly sport the famous ‘EB’ logo and the fuel pump knob is faithfully reproduced, but in this version it serves as a forward, neutral and reverse switch.
