Alba prado is a beautiful Colombian model and athlete of 28 years born in Tumaco, Nariño.
Alba currently resides in Bogotá Colombia, where he has done most of his career, where he has practiced modeling since its inception and dedicates all his time to sports.
She has been working for 3 years in a Colombian Reality called “GUERREROS” Colombia of (channel 1) where she has stood out for being a very good competitor and strategist. She is Happy single and lover of life.

Some of our readers would love to get to know you a little better. Can you share with us a little bit of your life and the story of how you got to this point in your career?

What interested you during school before your dreams took hold?
Sport, I loved doing all kinds of sport
None of us is able to achieve success without help along the way. Is there a particular person you’re grateful to who has helped you get where you are? Can you share a story about that?
I definitely have a lot to thank, first to God, second to all those people who put in my way, and who contributed a grain of sand for my growth, both as a human being and as a professional.
What is the most important lesson you have learned in your life?
The biggest lesson I’ve ever learned in my life. Believing that you can achieve everything you set your mind to, many times we are the ones who limit ourselves.
Trust more in our abilities, sometimes there are people who believe in you more than you believe.
Has anyone ever tried to dissuade you from starting your current career?
Along the way there are all kinds of people, those who support you and believe in you, also those who tell you you are crazy you will not be able to and are always sending that negative energy.
Do you miss anything from your childhood?
My people, the way my parents raised me magnificent.
I come from a fairly humble village, but I still had a phenomenal childhood, everything I enjoyed, running through the streets, filling myself with mud on the football fields and then going to the sea, climbing trees, Poco I played with dolls, I didn’t need it either, hahahaha
What are you learning right now?
The Ways of Seeing Life is so simple. How to live to the fullest, my great goal to be happy with how much or little I have
What things would you urgently do if you stayed only a week to live?
Sharing with my loved ones, traveling help, dancing, eating until I say no more.
Enjoy each of those things that we stop doing for many reasons, such as for work, for what they will say, why I get fat, for fear of suffering etc.
Have you faced failure at some point? How has it shaped your life?
Of course I have experienced failure, I consider it to be a stage of our life in which we must all learn, why without failure for me there is no way to forge character, I try to take everything that happens in my life as learning.
Tell us a little about your experience in GUERREROS, how you get to the TV Show, how is the relationship with your colleagues, etc.

When I got to warriors I had already done several things in between, such as TV, I had participated in beauty contests, catwalks and so on.
It was not easy to arrive, I presented myself on several occasions, but I did not pass the Casting, they always left me waiting for hahaha.
But all that was good, after having introduced me 2 times they called me to go challenge some of the toughest participants of the reality at that time, I was very nervous, he told me that I came to do here, is this what I want? He asked me a thousand questions, but it was the nerves that had me in that situation.
After 2 days, I had to face Claudia, and well I beat her on the circuit and that was when my journey through warriors began, it has been a beautiful experience full of many emotions, I have experienced things that I did not think I could do, I have faced my fears fears, but I have been strong in the process, I think that has kept me going. With my classmates with everyone I get along super well, of the years I have been there I have not had a big problem with any. I feel like I love them and they have become my family.
How much has this experience brought to your life?
Too much, I have matured and grown in all aspects
How important is self-promotion in your profession?
Very important I would say, is what I do. It’s what I’m passionate about, it’s what makes me feel alive and therefore deserves everything.
As an influencer, you have been blessed with great success in a career path that many have tried, but eventually gave up. In fact, maybe most people who tried to follow a trajectory like yours didn’t succeed. Do you have any words or advice for other people who may want to embark on this adventure?

Some of the strategies, I think that always being me Alba Prado, authentic and real, I have always been essence I do not like appearances.

I love my body my being, therefore, I take care of myself, I believe that everything starts from love, accepting you loving you. From there you will start to see what you want best for you in all aspects. You will look for a way and way to transform your body and your life.
I try to always eat bien, include vegetables in my meals, not consume soft drinks.
Good source of protein, sweet pocos, everything balanced not to the extreme either, why else you end up throwing everything overboard.
What’s the most rewarding job you’ve done?
