Herzogenaurach, February 6, 2023 – adidas today launches a partnership with the Jamaica Football Association, offering a bold and exciting collaboration with renowned fashion label Wales Bonner.
With new home and away sets for the Reggae Boyz (men’s team) and Reggae Girlz (women’s team), the three partners have come together with a shared desire to celebrate the strong connection between Jamaican culture and football and to create a collection that goes beyond the sports goes beyond . to create the perfect combination of football, culture and fashion.
The versatile Matchday 4-piece collection also includes a pre-match jersey and reversible anthem jacket, inviting fans of all cultures, backgrounds and generations to celebrate the Jamaican football community.
Inspired by Jamaican style and culture, the collection blends classic adidas silhouettes with sleek Wales Bonner branding to offer a collection that’s suited to both the field and casual wear that’s also worn off the field can be.
Inspired by their own Jamaican heritage and the cross-cultural influences of the Caribbean community, this is the latest collection from the successful partnership between adidas and Wales Bonner since the first adidas Originals collection (November 2020).

– Jamaica’s vibrant new home kit features the country’s rich national colors of black, gold and green.

Away Jersey
-Designed to embody the collective memories of proud Jamaicans, the away shirt celebrates a commitment to excellence with a premium collar and cuffs featuring Wales Bonner’s signature crochet.
Pre-match Jersey and Anthem Jacket
-The pre-match jersey, worn by the national team players before kick-off, is inspired by the traditional patterns of the traditional Fair Isle jersey. Traditional Scottish style featuring the twilight colors of the Caribbean along with a golden sun motif.
– Designed for game prep, the reversible Jamaican Anthem Jacket features iconic Jamaican sunshine gold on the outside and bold Fair Isle graphics on the inside.
All three jerseys feature sweat-wicking AEROREADY technology and specially placed, breathable mesh panels to keep players comfortable on the pitch and fans comfortable when showing their support.
The range is also made from 100% recycled materials, demonstrating adidas’ commitment to the fight against plastic waste.

The coming year is a big one for both Jamaican football teams as the Reggae Girlz only compete in the second FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ in Australia and New Zealand and the Reggae Boyz continue their strong form during the CONCACAF Nations League. Reggae Girlz is presenting the Game Day Collection during the FFA Nations Cup taking place February 13-25, 2023. The new home kit will make its first appearance on February 16 against Spain, while the new away kit will debut against Australia on February 22. . The Reggae Boyz will present the away kit during the Concacafe Nations League group stage game against Mexico on March 26, 2023.
