-It is a real pleasure for me to share with you and I am very grateful for this wonderful invitation. I hope that through this interview you get to know many facets of me.
Our readers would love to get to know you a bit better.
*I am Jeimmy Garzon proudly Colombian; I’m dedicated me to modeling since I was 14 years old and through effort and dedication, I managed to scale in this at a national and international level. Over time I discovered a job that today is my passion and that is creating content on social networks.
I consider myself a simple, positive, hard-working, persevering, fighter woman and i continually touched me up to be a better version of myself each time; I am also the mother of an incredible 18-year-old lady, who has been my greatest pride and company on this journey.
Can you share with us the backstory of how you came upon this career path and to where you are today?
* Always since my childhood I dreamed of being a model, actress and presenter. Having the right attitude, at the age of fourteen with the support of my mother, I began to prepare myself in a modeling academy called Stock Models Y Talent and, thanks to her and her training trajectory, I confirmed that it was something that I still wanted to dedicate my life to. I was also trained in several acting and presentation courses, which allowed me to open many doors to be able to work on what I like to do so much.
At this moment I am fulfilling another goal of my life and that is to live in Europe (Madrid, Spain) where I am very happy and with many projects to develop that I will comment on later.
What were you interested in during school before your modeling dreams took hold?
* Since I was a child, I always imagined myself in the world of entertainment and for me the issue of cameras, television and fashion caught my attention.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story about that?
*I think that without the support of so many people I would not have been able to achieve everything I have managed to do; however, I want to emphasize that my mother always believed in my talent and lovingly encouraged me to do it. I want to reaffirm that my daughter Valentina has been the biggest engine to meet all these professional challenges, because I have required myself to be an example for her.
Did you ever have anyone try to dissuade youfrom entering modeling?
* Honestly no. If we talk about my closest nucleus, my family, I can say that they have supported me unconditionally and they have been my grounding pole. They have always believed in my tenacity and dedication. In addition, acquaintances and friends have advised and directed me to be a successful professional on this path.
Was there a particular model you admired more so than another? Why?
For many years, throughout my career, my great inspiration in the modeling world is the well-known Bella Hadid, I feel that she is a very talented woman, who manages to demonstrate modeling as if it were art, she is very passionate for what he does, and over the years we have been able to appreciate his dedication and the evolution he had within the industry, something that happens in the same way with his sister Gigi Hadid.
How important is self-promotion in your profession?
It is vital as long as it is supported by two very solid bases: the planning and execution of strategies aimed at disclosing your own qualities and highlighting your services in the professional context to reach more potential clients.
Self-promotion can open doors to businesses that would otherwise be closed, as well as getting more people to know your name and the quality of your work. With the increase in competition, this becomes essential to survive in any market.
As an influencer, you have been blessed with great success in a career path that many have attempted, but eventually gave up on. In fact perhaps most people who tried to follow a career path like yours did not succeed. Do you have any words of advice for others who may want to embark o n this career path but know that their dreams might be dashed?
The most important thing is that you follow your dreams, believe in yourself, be strong in making decisions, prepare hard with discipline, and cultivate your talents. Be persevering and enjoy each process!
Would you like to see more women working behind-the-scenes in the modeling industry?
Of course and I pretend to be one of them. Every day more are added with great professional qualities. Women always and today more than ever lead great causes. We are organized, dedicated and we focus on details.
Do people want to be your friend because you’re a cover model and how do you feel someone is genuine with you?
The truth is that I feel very lucky to feel that my friends and the people around me are really genuine and that it doesn’t really matter if I am a cover model or not, they have always shown that what matters is having a nice and sincere friendship.
What are your thoughts on there being more diversity and inclusiveness in the modeling industry today?
I agree. You have to show the world that there are no barriers. It is important to invite models who escape stereotypes. Today, the protagonists of fashion are others; people who do not conform to the hegemonic parameters that have been
monopolizing fashion for years. Talent and beauty must be seen with different eyes. Late but surely, the fashionista industry will adapt to these times.
Some women stop taking care of their image a bit during pregnancy, but you look more beautiful than ever, what personal care advice would you give our readers?
Pregnancy is one of the most beautiful periods that future mothers live. If you feel excited and happy this will be reflected in your appearance. Despite the physical changes that the future birth of a baby entails, these do not imply that the woman’s body loses her sensuality.
Obviously I consider myself a woman who takes care of my body, my health and helps me with a healthy diet that supports the pregnancy of the baby with weight control; I also use creams to prevent damage to the skin.

What do you think could be the perfect outfit for an event, for a pregnant woman?
Wide dresses and camisoles have given way to tighter, more comfortable and sexy clothes that highlight the changes in the figure.
For mothers who feel very comfortable enhancing their belly, one of the latest trends is to mark the sensual curves of pregnant women with long and tight dresses. They can also opt for leggings with loose and elegant blouses, some transparency or fabrics such as satin or silk.
If, on the other hand, you prefer not to enhance your tummy or lower part of your body so much, the option is to emphasize the neckline with colorful chiffon dresses, with V-necklines and loose skirts.
Today underwear brands are concerned with enhancing the sensuality of pregnant women and there are many comfortable and beautiful models. It is important to take into account that the bras must be specific, since the breasts require special care now that they increase their volume.
After giving birth to your baby, what’s next for you, professionally?
My baby’s arrival in my life brings with it many changes that will turn my modeling career around, since from now on I will be able to dedicate myself partially to her and because I have other personal projects; I will boost my performance as a content creator as an influencer. I have other dreams and projects to fulfill and in
the same way it is something that will come with time since at this moment my main occupation is to enjoy taking care of my baby’s first years.
Anything else you’d like readers to know about you?
*Something that many people do not know or imagine about me is that I am already a mother, I also tell you that I love being at home, cooking, and living the family environment. In my free time I dress casually and without makeup. I am a simple, accessible, cheerful person and I always see something positive in every situation.
