This year’s Music Of Black Origin Award nominees included acclaimed London rapper and producer Knucks, who topped this year’s list with five nominations; last year’s Best Female Little Simz, who received four nominations in her 22nd year; the MC Central Cee Rig also received four awards; Kojey Radical, whose Reason to Smile was nominated for Album of the Year; and Dave’s track Starlight for song of the year.
Other artists who performed Wednesday night included R&B girl group FLO, Nigerian singer Fireboy DML, Streatham singer Kat Burns and frequent Bentley controller Tion Wayne.
